Pizza Maru is known for its green-hued green tea chlorella dough and creative Korean toppings, with specialty pies like Bulgogi Pizza, Honey Sweet Potato Pizza, Korean Surf 'n' Turf Pizza, Maru Best Pizza, Pepperoni Bomb Pizza and Steak Bulgalbi Pizza. Katsuya adds Japanese fusion katsu: crispy breaded cutlets finished with bold sauces such as Brick Cheese, Carbonara and Garlic Chili.
